LOCATION: Eurest Staff Restaurant – Heathrow Airport, Terminal 3
PROJECT: Complete refurbishment of the servery area in Eurest Staff Restaurant at Heathrow Airport Terminal T3, including strip-out of the existing design, electrical & plumbing alterations, construction of new partition walls, floor replacement and new equipment installation.
Scope of Works
obtaining all permits required by Heathrow Airport (including Change Control approval)demolition works including: • erecting of a temporary hoarding • disconnection of the electrical and water supplies • disassembly and disposal of the counters • decommission of the Ansul system • removal of the equipment, suspended ceiling, partition wallsconstruction works including: • ductwork alteration, installation a new canopy • erection of new partition walls • fire alarm alterations • new Ansul System installation • new floor vinyl covering • plumbing and electrical alteration to adjust to new fitout plan • rearrangement of the existing toilet cabins • new wall tiles installation • decoration of the interiors • installation new equipment • testing & commissioning of all new installation
