LOCATION: Eurest Staff Restaurant – Amigo South – Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5A
PROJECT: General refurbishment of the front of house in Eurest Staff Restaurant at Heathrow Airport – Terminal TSA Amigo South, including counter replacement, electrical & plumbing alterations and new equipment installation.
Scope of Works
obtaining all permits required by Heathrow Airport (including Change Control approval)demolition works including: • erecting a temporary hoarding • disconnection of the electrical and water supplies • disassembly and disposal of the counters • temporary removal of the equipment, suspended ceiling, partition wallsconstruction works including: • erection of new storeroom walls • fire alarm alterations for new storeroom • new floor carpet covering • plumbing and electrical alteration to adjust to new fitout plan • new wall tiles installation • decoration of the interiors • install new equipment • testing & commissioning of new installation
